We will be able to provide details of availability and help you decide which property best suits your party,
discuss any individual requests you may have and provide a personal quotation which gives a detailed
costing of the week. You may wish to make a preliminary reservation on your chosen chalet at no cost to you.
To give you time to confirm details with other members of your party, your preliminary reservation gives you
first option on the chalet for a period of three days, ending at noon UK time on the third day. If you do not
confirm the booking within this time, your reservation will lapse and the chalet will be offered to other parties.
However, on expiry, if there is no other interest in your chosen dates we can extend the option if you wish.
Having read and agreed with our booking conditions found on this site, we will send you a confirmation invoice which will require payment of 25% deposit and payment for insurance premiums as applicable. Your holiday is then confirmed. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please note that until we have received the deposit, your reservation will be treated as an option only, subject to expiry as above.
