Services on offer:
When you stay at one of our Verbier Chalets you will experience great cuisine throughout the week prepared daily by our talented chalet staff. With over 10 years professional catering experience, our team are sure to tickle your taste buds in the resort. The wine in our Verbier Chalets is supplied by www.soifandthirst.com. Pete from Soif and Thirst has an extensive knowledge of wine and never fails to make an excellent choice of wine for our chalets.
To enure that every moment in our Verbier Chalets is used for your enjoyment we will deliver your lift passes while breakfast is being served and provide transport to and from the lift stations for you.
Our resort staff will greet you on arrival in Verbier, show you to your chalet and explain how the chalet works: what time to expect meals or anything else relevant to your chalet. They will organise your lift passes and assist with any equipment hire or ski lessons you may require.
Our chalet teams look after the catering and cleaning of the chalet for 6 out of every 7 days. Normally the night off is on a Wednesday.
Minibus:
Our minibus will provide transfers to and from the ski lifts. This service will run at the following times:
morning - 8:45am to 10:00am
afternoon - 4:30pm to 6:30pm
After dinner, we will offer to take you the very short ride to Place Central where you can enjoy the fantastic nightlife of Verbier. To qualify for the minibus service around town clients must book their Ski Lessons /Ski Hire / Lift Passes with Activholiday. The small amounts of commission we make from these services allows us to offer the minibus services around town without increasing the cost of your holiday.
After dinner we can arrange for tables at the world famous Farm Club or the in-fashion Kasbah where our resort staff will be happy to accompany you.
Lift Passes:
Local currency will be required for lift passes, which will be organised by the chalet team on your day of arrival. This will allow you to enjoy special discount prices organized by us with the lifts company when available.
Ski Lessons:
If you require ski-school / tuition / guiding, please let us know in advance for the high season dates. This enables us to book it for you, thereby avoiding any disappointment. Your chalet team can book both private and group ski lessons for you at the chalet. When possible for private lessons we will try and arrange for Gavin to take the lessons himself. Gavin is a B.A.S.I. qualified ski teacher who works both Independently and with La Fantstique in Verbier. He will be able to come to the chalet to have a brief chat regarding your teaching requirements. When using video analysis the feedback will be given in the comfort of your own chalet.
Ski excursions to neighbouring Chamonix, including the world famous Vallee Blanche and Heliskiing can all be arranged from your chalet by our staff.
Extra services:
Your team at the chalet will also gladly arrange baby sitting, kindergarten, laundry and any other in-resort service you require.
Your chalet team will be glad to arrange in-resort childcare (the charge for this service is from chf 30 per hour).
